Wires In The Wall
At the Hard Rock Hollywood battle of the bands we heard from this band. Little bit coffehouse, little bit bluegrass, and a bunch of raw talent. Sometimes its refreshing to see a band dressed for a warm day rather than all done up in some "style". Nice sound!
Bryan Hopkins works a tough show...
I should have photoshopped Bryan's hands as "tied behind his back" given the microphone sound issues he had to work through to perform. Without the right sound levels in his gear he did his best to beat out the other bands. Alas they did not win this time. We expect to see them again soon though... Look for more posts on Paperback hero here frequently.
Crossed Keys at The Hard Rock
This was the winning band for the nights competition. They will perform again in the semi finals on the following Thursday. the winning band gets flown to perform at the Hard Rock London.
